Do you journal?
I enjoy journaling, but I must admit I am a part-time jounalist!
Sometimes I journal everyday, and sometimes I go weeks without jounaling.
This is something from my journal that I entered several years ago. It's a great message, I hope you enjoy it.
I will not see positive results in my daily life if I speak negative things. I should remember that what I a speaking I am calling for. I am reaching into the realm of the spirit and drawing out according to my words. I can reach into Satan's Realm and draw out evil, negative things, or I can reach into God's Realm, the Realm of Blessings, and draw out good, positive things. The choice is up to me.
Dear Lord,
Let me find a more positive way of talking about my circumstances and allow my conversation to be filled with hope instead of hopelessness, with faith instead of doubt.
In Jesus Name
Amen
Until Next Time
Death and life are in the power of the tongue,
And those who love it will eat its fruit.
Proverbs 18:21
Set a guard, O Lord, over my mouth;
Keep watch over the door of my lips.
Psalm 141:3

Thank you for sharing a glimpse into your journal. Speaking life is so important to our well being. I love to journal, but don't do it as often as I'd like too.
What wonderful words of wisdom, Ms. Mary...things I truly need to take to heart!!!
what a great message to reflex back on I like it :]
This was wonderful, Mary!
I also keep a journal but like you, I don't write in it all the time. Sometimes I will go for weeks, and sometimes every day.
Sometimes the only real comment that is truthfully truthful is AMEN!!!!!!!!
Mary, I like your prayer, to speak of hope instead of hopelessness.
Great message!
